Technology Service Providers and their clients to benefit from increased efficiency and real-time visibility of endpoints

EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y., Sept. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Autotask Corporation, the world's leading provider of hosted IT business management technology, has agreed to acquire CentraStage, an award-winning company specializing in cloud-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions. The acquisition will enable the combined customer base to solve IT problems more efficiently, ultimately increasing customer scalability and profitability.

"Our goal is always to provide exceptional value to our customers by improving the technical aspects of their operations and empowering them to make fact-based decisions to achieve business objectives," said Mark Cattini, President and CEO of Autotask.
