Satori Group Deepens Virtualization Partnership with Citrix Systems

Satori Group Partners with Citrix to Deliver Virtual Business Performance Management

Satori Group announced an expanded partnership with Citrix Systems. The broader agreement will supply a virtual appliance of the Business Performance Management solution offered by Satori.

The newly expanded partnership includes streamlining application delivery to provide customers with reduced infrastructure and resource needs and a clear strategy to provide end to end virtualization.

“The virtual appliance offering from Satori Group not only builds upon the strength of Citrix XenServer and XenApp but also showcases how – together -- we are improving joint customers’ access to business information and developing robust virtualization solutions for the application delivery industry,” said Barry Davis, Vice President, Business Development for Citrix.

The two companies are positioned to enable end users to receive the benefits of V-i-Performance Planning, Satori Group’s content rich planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, analytics and more.

“We use XenServer Enterprise Edition as the basis for our virtual appliance, and integrate V-i-Performance Planning with all of the software needed to support it – Excel, Citrix XenApp or Citrix Access Essentials, Windows Server 2003, SQL Server and proCube,” said David Libesman, President of Satori Group. “The solution is delivered as a hosted service or on-premise as a hardware appliance in a ready to run format. Customers just plug it in and go. No configuration is needed.”

Users connect to the virtual environment over the Web from any browser-enabled device.
